The IEEE CCET STUDENT Branch was officially sanctioned on 11th November 2021. The branch commenced with an initial membership of 12 students and 2 faculty members (Dr. Sarath K.S and Vishnu S.) in 2021. Mr. Vishnu S., Assistant Professor in the EEE Department, who serves as the branch counsellor. The Inaugural ceremony(UDHBHAV 2022 )of IEEE Student Branch at CCET was conducted on March 4, 2022, by Dr. M.V. Rajesh, Chairman IEEE KOCHI Subsection, IEEE SPS Kerala Section, Since its establishment, the branch has achieved significant growth and currently comprises an active membership of 130 students in two years, fostering a vibrant academic and professional community. The IEEE Student Branch at CCET regularly organizes a variety of events, providing students with opportunities to engage in competitions and attend technical workshops conducted by IEEE, both within the institution and beyond. These events serve to enhance the students' technical knowledge and professional development.
