1 . Power System Lab

The Power System Laboratory provides students with practical exposure to the operation, analysis, and performance evaluation of electrical power systems. Through this lab, students develop the ability to understand the steady-state and transient behavior of power systems, analyze short-circuit and load flow conditions using both hardware and software tools, study transmission line parameters and voltage regulation characteristics & evaluate performance and protection methods of electrical networks.

2 . Electrical Machine lab

The Electrical Machines Laboratory is designed to provide students with practical exposure to the fundamental concepts of electromechanical energy conversion. Through this laboratory, students will understand the working principles of DC and AC machines, acquire hands-on skills in operating and testing electrical machines safely, analyze performance characteristics and efficiency of different types of machines & correlate theoretical concepts with practical applications in power and industrial systems.

3 . Systems and Control Lab

The Systems and Control Laboratory provides students with hands-on experience in modeling, analyzing, and designing control systems. Through this laboratory, students will model and analyze first and second-order control systems, evaluate system performance using time and frequency domain techniques, design and implement basic controllers for system stability and desired response & gain proficiency in control system simulation tools.

4 . Digital and Embedded Systems Lab

The Digital and Embedded Systems Laboratory provides students with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in digital circuit design and embedded system development. Through this laboratory, students will design and implement fundamental digital logic circuits, develop and test embedded system applications using microcontrollers, interface various input/output devices and sensors & gain proficiency in embedded programming and system debugging tools.

5 . Measurements and Instrumentation Lab

The Measurements and Instrumentation Laboratory familiarizes students with the principles and operation of various electrical and electronic measuring instruments. Through this laboratory, students will understand the working and applications of different measuring instruments, calibrate and test electrical measurement systems, analyze measurement errors and improve accuracy & learn the use of transducers and data acquisition systems for real-time applications.

6 . Power Electronics Lab / Circuits Lab

The Power Electronics and Circuits Laboratory provides students with practical experience in the design, analysis, and testing of power electronic converters and basic electrical circuits. Through this laboratory, students will understand the working and characteristics of power semiconductor devices, design and analyze basic electronic and power converter circuits, study control techniques for DC–DC and AC–DC converters & gain practical skills applicable in industrial drives, renewable energy, and power control systems.
